Introduction

To enable faster implementation of the Futira project, we are deploying Futira Tokens on the Tron network on January 1, 2022. General trading of Futira Tokens will begin on February 25, 2022. Futira Tokens can be exchanged for coins when the coins are publicly available. Proceeds from the sale of tokens and coins will be used to finance the construction of a network of mobile operators in poor countries. Unfortunately, about a third of the world’s population does not have access to mobile communications or the internet.

Futira plans with the Inovatian Group of companies to bridge this digital divide through a unique blend of 4G and mesh WiFi combined with blockchain to reduce infrastructure costs. About

More than half of the world does not have access to the internet. This positively correlated with economic growth and has digital divide where some people are connected and others are not. The mobile industry globally represents 5.1% of the gross domestic product revenue. It goes without saying that providing high-speed mobile telecommunications to poor countries will help them improve their GDP and in turn will lead to higher spending on telecommunications. This positive cycle will continue until this country is fully developed.

Inovatian will provide equatorial countries with integrated operator network systems and will launch a Token/Coin sale to support the establishment of the network in these countries. This coin will serve numerous goals:

A- Inovatian will issue tokens/coins to cover the network cost. We are raising funds privately and plan to go public with our fund raising efforts by February 25, 2022. We plan to raise around $400,000,000 (four hundred million US dollars) during this period with a minimum of $4,000,000 (four million US dollars). The funds will be used to build networks in Chad, Mauritania, Pakistan and other countries around the equator including covering remote areas in advanced countries like Malaysia.
